Ciscos Champ Olena - 2012 AQHA Gelding - SOLD
2012 AQHA Gelding - Grey (color never was changed on papers when he changed but these Are his papers) UTD on 5 way & WNV and wormer Sound, maintenance free, BROKE We put full set of shoes on him (9/12) due to our terrain but he was barefoot prior to coming here Sysco is tall “dark” and handsome! He’s gentle, he’s broke, he’s safe, he’s broke broke broke. He’ll self load in any trailer and can back out when asked calmly. Ridden with one hand neck rein, moves off the leg, big stop when asked, spins a circle in the ground. Beautiful comfortable gaits that are adjustable. He’s a tad more on the slower side but if you ask him up he’ll walk out no questions to follow. He tracks cattle, crosses water, bog, trees, and any other obstacles. He’s head and heeled for brandings, and doctored in the pasture head and heel. He’s done some headings out of the box but unfortunately no video to back that up, but we’re told he was quiet and sane and did his job right. We recommend Sysco to a working using home, but we do see him benefiting a family for riding or a 4H kid that has the confidence and wants a step up horse. Not recommend for first time owner of rider just due to his work history we want to see this horse succeed and thrive with what he’s bred for and been trained for. ONLY annoyance he has (I don’t count it as a true vice) is he does whinny at initial walking away from a group and when he sees another horse. He is Not buddy sour he rides off and isn’t drawn to the other horse or group, but that is his only “vice” if you want to classify it that way. We have not had issues with telling him to move on and out but that is why we recommend a strong competent rider to make sure he does as told Located in Chinook Montana. Can help arrange hauling. PPE at buyers expense. Out of state paperwork (health & coggins) we will handle
